Q: What should I do if the device does not work?
A: Check the battery as it comes not charged. Please restart the device after the charging is completed and the battery is full.
Q: What is the cause of the sudden switch-off during use?
A: Low battery. Please turn off the device and use it after the charging is completed and the battery is full.
Q: How long is each use for? how long it should be used to be effective?
A: Each use is set for 15 minutes. The effectiveness varies from one person to another depending on their skin condition and age, however, it’s advised to use it a minimum of 3 times a week, and if used daily it’ll show better results in a quicker time. For best results use it for 1 to 3 months consistently.
Q: Does it have a memory function?
A: Yes. Each mode has a memory function and the last mode will be set as a default.
Q: What are your working hours?
A: Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm (GMT+4).
Q: I have a question how can I reach you?
A: Email us at support@antigravityskin.com, please allow 48 hours for us to revert back to you.
Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Anti-Gravity Skin you can return your eligible item(s) for a full refund within 7 days from the day you received your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@antigravityskin.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost for returning the item/s is not Anti-Gravity Skin responsibility and should be covered by the customer.
Q: I received a damaged item! What do I do?
A: It’s important to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@antigravityskin.com. If the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item contact us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Q: How long will it take for the refund?
A: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@antigravityskin.com.
Q: I want to exchange my item! How can I do that?
A: The fastest way is to return the item you have ASAP, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you want. Please contact us at support@antigravityskin.com to provide you with the return address details. The cost for returning the item/s is not Anti-Gravity Skin responsibility and should be covered by the customer.
Q: How long will it take to ship my item?
A: Once you make a purchase, the package will be shipped the following business day. It’s important to ensure your address is correct, as we're not responsible for delivering to the wrong address.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your package has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Q: What are the shipping fees?
A: Currently, we offer FREE shipping (for a limited time).
Q: How long will it take to receive my item?
The table below indicates the shipping duration in days per country. We ship only to these countries.
Q: Are the taxes calculated in the shipping cost?
A: No. Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. For items, less than $200 the tax fees will be low.
Q: Are there antigravityskin.com gift certificates and/or gift cards?
A: No.
Q: Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
A: If the price on our website drops within 3 days of purchasing the item, we will be happy to refund you the difference in price. Simply contact us at support@antigravityskin.com and they'll be happy to assist you.
Q: How can I write a review on a product?
A: You can write a product review with just 5 easy steps:
- On any product page, scroll down and on the right-hand part of the screen, underneath the before and after section’, you will see a button titled ‘Write a review’.
- Once you click on that button you will see a text box and a rating section. Please fill in as much information as you’d like. Type in your review in the text box and select the star ratings.
- Then, click on the ‘Submit your Review’ button.
- Once you’ve submitted your review, it may take up to 5 business days for it to appear on the site.
Q: How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?
A: Email us at support@antigravityskin.com with the email subject ‘Unsubscribe from email list’ and we will unsubscribe your email address.
Q: Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?
A: Unfortunately, we don't know when the item will go on sale until it actually happens. Keep an eye on our website to check the sale.
Q: My email address has changed. How do I update this information on my current account?
A: You are welcome to update your e-mail address by sending us an email contacting us at support@antigravityskin.com with the email subject ‘Update my email address.
Q: I received an email from antigravityskin.com regarding an order I didn’t place. What should I do?
A: If you received correspondence regarding an order you didn’t place, it likely wasn’t from antigravityskin.com. Don't share any personal information, click any links in the email, or respond to the email, and delete it immediately.
Q: Do you accept international credit cards?
A: Currently we accept international credit cards. Please note that the credit card must be issued and contain a logo from either Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
Q: What can cause my order to be delayed?
A: If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.
Q: When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
A: Please double-check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that antigravityskin.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for credit cards.
