Frequency and Usage Period: Each mode is set for 15 minutes, and it will automatically stop working after 15 minutes. If you wish to continue, restart and select the new mode which will automatically stop working after 15 minutes as well. You may use this device for 15 minutes, a minimum of 3 times a week. You can also use it daily for 15 minutes for maximum results, however, do not use it for more than 30 minutes daily. You may alternate between the modes depending on your desired outcome.

1) To keep the device in good
condition it’s recommended to clean it regularly, especially the areas that
touch the skin directly.

2) Turn off the device and gently
wipe it with a clean dry cloth.

3) Do not wipe or clean with

4) If you didn’t use the device for
7 days, ensure to remove the charging cable and turn it off.

1) Before using the V Facelift device, please read the user manual carefully.
2) Make sure to fully charge the device and remote control before using it.
3) The device will stop working when it’s being charged.
4) The red light indicates it’s still charging, and the blue light indicates the charging is completed.
5) When the remote-control battery is full, the 4 lights of the battery symbol will be lit, it will flash when the battery is low, and it will flash 5 times and then shut down if the battery is fully exhausted.
6) This device comes with a wireless remote for a hands-free control experience.
7) Select the mode you desire on the wireless remote-control and choose the level of intensity for this mode.
8) The default intensity on the device is zero. The level of intensity can be adjusted on the intensity button on the remote-control. Each press on the intensity button will increase one level of intensity strength. Long press the intensity button to cancel all current intensity and start a new cycle.
9) Press the power button ON/OFF to turn the power on. After turning the device on, the indicator on the upper end of the remote control will flash four times and beeps once for turning it on and beeps twice for turning it off.
10) After using the device, turn it off by pressing the power button ON/OFF to switch it OFF. When placing the device on your head, adjust the belt to fit your face and head size, and ensure to place the device correctly to touch the chin and jawline area. 6 modes are available in sequence each set for 15 minutes.
11) You can press the button (M) to move to the next mode or by
using the remote-control.
12) When using the mode with vibration, the vibration strength can be adjusted by pressing the vibration strength adjustment key. There are 3 levels of vibration strength (low, medium, and high). The vibration strength of this device comes in low strength vibration mode when first operated. Press on the vibration strength adjustment key to increase the strength. After setting the vibration to the highest strength, press the button once more to return to static (no vibration mode). Press the button again to return to low-strength vibration mode and so forth.
13) Store the device in a cool and dry place.
14) If the power of the device is low, plug the USB into the device first and connect it to the power supply for charging.
15) The gray side of the device body has a USB charging interface, which is inserted into the power cord to charge the device.
16) If you have a skin condition or wound, it’s best to heal your skin before using this device to ensure it doesn’t cause secondary damage to your skin.
17) If you have severe skin inflammation or sensitive skin, test the product for 1 minute first, if no reactions then continue to use it, if any reaction happened, stop using it immediately.
18) If you have facial skin issues or have done an operation on your face or head, it’s not advised to use this device, it’s advised to be used under the doctor's supervision.
19) Don't use it if your face is bleeding.
20) Don't use if you have eardrum inflammation or hearing issues, it’s advised to be used under the doctor's supervision.
21) Patients with metallic in their faces are not advised to use this device.
22) Patients with severe heart disease or blood pressure disorders are not advised to use this device.
23) Children under 12 years old are not advised to use this device.
